WILLIAM R. DUNCAN

William R. Duncan is President of Project Management Partners of Lowell, MA USA and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has over forty years of management and consulting experience. He has helped clients in North America, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and Europe improve both organizational and individual competence in project management. He was the primary author of the original (1996) version of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, and co-author and editor of the Amazon best-seller Sustainable Project Management: The GPM Reference Guide. Among his many volunteer commitments is serving as International Certification Advisor for IPMA-Malaysia.

MS. SANDRA HOSKINS

Sandra J Hoskins is the Founder CEO of The Kellan Group Inc. of Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Sandra has been a project management practitioner in a variety of industries for the past 40 years. She and her team focus on results-driven project management principles. Sandra has served in a volunteer capacity on the boards of several professional organizations and is a Founding Member of the PMI Chapter in Winnipeg.

Sandra is also an adjunct faculty member at several colleges and universities, including the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and Red River College of Arts, Science, and Technology. She has also served on Advisory Committees to develop programs to address specific issues in the job placement and re-training markets.

Her vision “project management is a life skill” has led to a renewed interest in having project management taught as a core competency starting in nursery school. She and her team have developed a curriculum that is being tested in high schools.

JOSH MEDICA

Josh Medica spent 24 years evangelizing business excellence through project management/project controls to help clients creatively and quickly deliver mega projects on time and within budget. A calculated risk taker with deep connections within the oil and gas sectors, Medica owned and operated a successful Consulting firm for 18 years which saved clients over 450M dollars on projects.

Completing successful projects in deep water upstream, midstream, downstream, power, petchem, and transportation, Mr. Medica’s experience and thought-provoking presentation style has positioned him as a leading Trainer/Implementor and Facilitator in several sectors. In addition, Josh sits on several steering committees / board / implementation teams as a SME to bring a best in class and 3rd party view. A few of the committees include Planning/Scheduling, Construction Management, PM, PC, Estimating, and Risk facilitations & implementations and reviews. His speaking circuit also includes in-house training for large EPC Companies, Engineering Companies and Major Oil Companies across the globe.

Always fascinated by the mechanics of how things work, Josh has built his entire executive career on that fascination.  A high energy, dynamic and goal-driven executive, Josh approaches new projects and ventures with a fascination of process, planning/scheduling, risk management, innovation, creative problem- solving and attention to detail to enhance and improve his client’s project’s bottom line.

Medica is an active member of the American Association of Cost Engineers (AACE), Project Management Institute (PMI), Houston and Louisiana Pipeliners, Louisiana Oil and Gas Association (LOGA), as well as sits on several steering committees / implementation teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing a 3rd party view for his clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University with a minor in Business Administration. As well as successfully completing several training classes in managing personalities and negotiations, he has completed training and speaking around project and business delivery around the globe.
