Our long-term vision for the Uruk Platform consists of eight elements which are necessary to implement an effective and sustainable business solutions and organizational project management system (OPMS). Our vision provides the purpose of making the Uruk Platform a primary source of truth for Project, Program and Portfolio management.
The fully developed Uruk Platform, along with its organizational integration element, can be used to enhance the strategic role and value of project management within an organization.
With this structure, the Uruk Platform acts as an essential solution in implementing an organization’s strategy, as well as help with formulating strategic plans. As such, our long-term vision comprises the Uruk Platform becoming an enterprise project management and organizational solutions.
